About Amari Smart Living
Amari Smart Living™
Was not created in a boardroom. It was born out of personal pain, broken promises, and a vision for something better.
As the founder, Dr. Charles Joseph, I understand firsthand the challenges that plague real estate in Nigeria. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of investing in lands that never materialized, losing properties I paid for, and going through endless rounds of redoing documents just to reclaim what was already mine.
I trusted the system — and it failed me.
But instead of walking away, I decided to build a better one.
What We Stand For
At Amari, our mission is simple:
To rebuild trust in Nigerian real estate through verification, technology, and transparency.
We’ve combined the power of PropTech with a deep understanding of the local terrain to create a smarter, safer, and more empowering experience for homebuyers, landowners, and diaspora investors.
Our model is anchored on three pillars:
- ✅ Verified Listings & Smart Contracts
- ✅ Escrow-Backed Transactions
- ✅ Smart Home Standards & Shortlet Management
Whether you’re buying from abroad, building locally, or exploring rental income opportunities — we make sure your experience is professional, secure, and dignified.
Why We Exist
Too many Nigerians — especially in the diaspora — are victims of:
- Land fraud
- Paperwork nightmares
- Unkept development promises
- Unverifiable agents or developers
Amari Smart Living™ exists to change that narrative.
Our Vision
We envision a new era of trust and innovation in Nigerian real estate — where:
- Every listing is traceable
- Every buyer is protected,
- And every home meets modern, smart living standards.
Because you shouldn’t have to lose sleep just because you’re investing back home.
Amari means “grace” — and that’s what we intend to restore to your real estate journey.
We invite you to be part of this movement — whether you’re a buyer, seller, partner, or believer in a better future for real estate in Africa.
